The player from Oregon had been waiting for a withdrawal for less than two weeks. Unfortunately, her payout hadn't been received yet. Despite the casino's claim of processing the payment via Bitcoin, the player had not confirmed receipt of the funds. The Complaints Team had attempted to facilitate communication between the player and the casino, however, due to the lack of response from the player, the complaint was eventually rejected. The player had the option to reopen the complaint in the future.

This casino is trying to make me give up on my money. I have talked to them multiple times during this time frame and it's literally a different story every single time. Yesterday someone told me in the chat that I cannot get paid out in Bitcoin because I didn't make that deposit in Bitcoin. Which is definitely not true. Like 5 minutes later I talked to someone else and they said that wasn't true. It's just crap. They try to give you the runaround so you just give up and they can keep your money. And I'm not giving up.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

till haven't received my payout. Was told last Thursday they were escalating it, to check back on Monday. When I checked in yesterday, they told me it had never been escalated and that they were going to do it yesterday. And I checked in again today and they did say it was escalated yesterday and I should receive a payout within 24 to 48 hours. But that's what they keep saying.
