The player from North Carolina had had an issue with a delayed withdrawal from an online casino. After she had submitted the complaint, the Complaints Team had advised her that it was normal for withdrawals to take a couple of days or weeks to process and suggested waiting at least 14 days before filing a complaint. The player later confirmed that she had received her withdrawal, and the issue had been marked as resolved.

Very slow. If it's not one thing it's another thing they need! Coindraw is supposed to be 72hrs as it states when you go through the withdraw process. Now why is it that when I check the next morning, the money is back in my account? Now I resubmit it and contact them.. they said I used a VPN which I never have. So they confirmed my info. I talk with them the next morning and now it's they need proof of address!! When was I going to get an email or anything about that being done?? Had I not contacted them TWICE I would never know what was going on behind the scenes. They'd literally let your payment sit with dust if you aren't proactive.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
