Their terms and conditions state that it takes 7-10 business days for them to review and approve withdrawal requests and 7-10 business days to process payments with a maximum payment of $2,500 / week. I won a large amount and submitted all of the withdrawal requests necessary to receive the full amount of my winnings ($48,082.63) which is a total of 20 withdrawal requests. After talking to customer support on live chat and asking a few questions to be clear about when to expect to start receiving weekly $2,500 payments, they told me in clear words that it would take approximately 14-18 months to receive to full amount of my winnings.

There is absolutely nothing even remotely expressing anything at all along these conditions stated in their terms and conditions, on the contrary, it without question states that I will receive $2,500 per week withdrawals of my winnings.


who in their right mind would EVER deposited their hard earned money onto a casino site that takes YEARS to pay out winnings?? This is asinine and extremely shady and a scam all together. Who’s to say that this casino website will stay in business for that long??? With things like this, I know for a fact they will not be in business long enough to pay me what they owe me if it takes 15-18 months.


I have all screenshots of the live chat conversations where the same agent keeps going back and forth making contradicting statements.

I asked 3 times where it stated this withdrawal timeframe and process, that they were telling me, in there terms and conditions, and without ever getting a relevant response to my repeated question, the agent suddenly and abruptly, while I was still typing might I add, ended the chat so that I could not continue Typing or sending any messages. I’ve never felt so defrauded and scammed in my entire life as I have deposited quite a bit of money onto this site and this was my first win.


i know I just submitttd my withdrawal requests yesterday but after this conversation I know I am really going need your help with this because this is a life changing amount of money for me.


please help me with this so I can receive all of my winnings in the 4-5 months that their terms and conditions outline as to what they will payout the amount that I won
