The player's complaining about his money being voided by the casino for unknown reason. The complaint was closed due lack of evidence provided by the player.
I have so many screen shots where they just take my money. Limit my wins. I've spoke to agent after agent and they replace my money with bonus. A vip agent shanley was suppose to correct the issue and is now just ignoring me.. This has been going on along time and just now noticed. I play alot and they have been scamming my plays. I have so many and I've talked to agents and hey agreed and even gave me bonus. They have been scamming me for months and shanley said I was a victim player and to let them fix the issue but ita gone on long enough. I like go to play and have been with lucky creek along time and they have always made it right and hopefully they do with this issue as well

Could you please advise how exactly is the casino deducting your balance or limit your wins? Did any money disappear from your account?
Please note that the screenshots you provided shows basically nothing regarding this complaint as they are just screenshots of opened slots games.

What i meaning was they are cheating. They are controlling when I win and don't and I have spoke to agents about it already and twice they just give me some bonus that don't even remotely equal to the money they have got me for. I will spin and it will be a winner and it shows it as not being a winner. I have months of screens shots showing winning spins that don't pay me nothing. Or I will spin win 10$ and can spin the same thing a few turns later and be only given 1.50 or something. They are cheating. They have awarded me bonus twice cause in took the issue to them and they still do it. Shanley the vip lady wanted me to start months ago from the moment the issue started happening to know and go through every spin but why should I have to do that? They control the game u play. They are cheating. All 3 agents i spoke to didn't argue the issue at all but threw me alittle bonus on. Its wrong and they they are cheating me out of money. The screen shots are if winning spins that doesn't even show as winners per there rules to the game. I have hundreds of them of them doing this. It would be great to send a few screenshots but also with the betting history to see whether it was credited or not to you. Also please forward only the most relevant ones, no need to forward all of it - try to find a screenshot of the game matching with the betting history to see an actual proof.

The screen shots are the proof. They are winning spins and u can see at the bottom the games don't even recognize them as being winners. I spend alot of money and have complained mutiple times and they give me bonus that u can't even win on. It's ridiculous. I spent alot of money and the game should be fair. You can only win when they let u and when u are up... they cut your winnings in half. They control your game where if u continue playing you'll lose. They are in control of your game the whole time. I've even had it glitch and it will go to a different screen showing the same game and with boxes lit up. They are stealing people money and I have spent thousands on lucky creek. Playing with real money and its not a legit casino if they control your gaming and basically cheat u. They know to because 2 or 3 times they agnoliged it and gave me some stupid bonus for my real money.

Can you please forward your betting history? Based on the screenshot it is impossible to tell what was your balance before and after the spin so there are not relevant in this case.
They are stealing my money and have been ripping me off for months and months. I've spoke to them ... nothing gets done ever. There is at least 2500 worth they have stolen from me. This happens daily.

We are not allowed and would never request any login details into the casino and couldn't even login into it.
As I already mentioned above, screenshots are not a relevant proof in such cases as they are only static images which do not show the outcome of a bet and only the betting history would be a relevant reason to continue resolving the issue.
Unfortunately without it we can't even contact the casino as it would be a dead end without anything to show to them. All I can recommend you now is to contact directly the casino's licensing authorities as they show have access to the casino and player data.
I'm really sorry that we were unable to help you further but I hope you understand that with the documentation we have so far, the casino could simply claim anything. We will be closing the complaint due lack of evidence.
