I requested a withdrawal a few days ago. I immediately submitted my documents for verification. There was neither a notification nor a confirmation of the withdrawal request.

When exactly did you request for the withdrawal? When was the last time you contacted the casino and did they respond to you since? Did you accumulate your balance from real money or did you use any kind of bonus?
Please note that we usually advise to wait at least 14 days for the first withdrawal to be processed as it may take longer in some casinos to finish the verification process.

The withdrawal request was now 4 days ago. Identification made directly on the website.
I've messaged them 3 times through their website but never got a response. The credit comes from real money.
I don't even get a response. Neither for verification nor for anything else.

Ich habe denen bereits 3 Mal eine Nachricht über deren Webseite geschrieben, aber nie eine Rückmeldung bekommen. Das Guthaben stammt aus echtem Geld.
Ich bekomme ja nicht einmal eine Rückmeldung. Weder zur Verfizierung noch zu etwas anderem.
