The player from Canada made a deposit, but only half of the amount was credited. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

I don't care about the amount, it's the fact that these casinos keep telling me my deposits are short.
Please help me shed some light on this issue.

Could you please post here a screenshot of the deposit/cashier history? You should be able to find this in your casino account.
Additionally, if there is any other relevant communication between you and the casino, please forward it to kristina.s@casino.guru (or you can post it here).

Yes that's my netcoins sending them 10$ worth. Casinomax sees i sent 10 over for example and they approve that as my 10$ btc deposit verification.
Here at limitless, they aee just throwing me curve ball after curve ball saying it's due to fees from netcoins and won't count it as a deposit until one transaction of 10$ or more is received.
Their cashier had no option to check history. They are just stealing my coins.
I'm going to send them 15 usd by btc and that should resolve, I will know tomorrow. Stay tuned ;p
