The player's unable to withdraw with the prefered method. The complaint was rejected as the player stopped responding.
They will not pay back to my visa card and want me to open a mastercard account to withdraw to. I thought it was a condition about money laundering that they should pay back to the card used for depositing.

Is this the first withdrawal request from the casino? Is your account verified in the casino? How many deposits did you make to the casino?
Please note that it is very usual that the payment provider used for deposit is not available for withdraw and the casino can request you to use a different method. Do you have any other prefered method which is available in the casino?
