Could you please advise since when exactly is the verification process ongoing? Which documents have been already approved and which ones not? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

they told me they needed my bank card to verify me - this has been sent and I’ve heard nothing back

I have uploaded documents multiple times but their website does not show if they have been approved or not

I withdrew Sunday evening, it’s was sat at pending/processing for 3 days then it disappeared yesterday from the PENDING withdraw sections

i am yet to receive any money
