i created an account and started playing and thought that was it. I won quite a lot of money and right now I have 468eur on the balance. I decided it was probably the best idea to cash out before I gambled it away again, but when I hit cash out I got a message saying I hadn't verified my details. They ask for a letter issued within the last 3 months to my name with both my full name and address on it. IN COLORS. i don't have any letters in color and when i try to write to them my message is deleted as soon as i close the app. Totally hopeless.
