Made a withdrawal on 19/12/24 of 75 lite coin and have waited for many week for it to be processed!

casino does not respond to live chat and does not read telegram nor reply back to emails, with the compliants email address bouncing back.

I have tried countless times to reach out and the read the live chat but never respond! No matter what time you open a live chat it’s always Laura KOS which I don’t think she is even real working 24/7 hours.

i have never used a wager and fully level 4 Kyc approved!

i have multiple chat logs, screenshots and evidence of my email sent!

Absolutely distraught over this as it’s a large amount of money that I need withdrawing!

please help

Hi there,

i was fully verified over 3 months ago and all levels approved!


I have not used any bonuses and have wagered over $34,000


last time I had contact (actual contact) was over a month ago and was about the withdrawal


they have now disabled my account!!!

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I'm afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. Since the casino operates without a valid license and doesn't refer to any ADR service, there is no gaming authority to turn to. 

I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint and you will be notified by email.
