Recently there was a technical problem with regards to the loyalty program feature namely Johnnie Jewels, which lasted for some weeks,

while the issue was being investigated points earth normally by depositing or game play wer not added accordingly to my account.

The concept is for every $20 you deposit you earn 5 points and for every $20 of game play you earn 1 point of Johnnie Jewels or higher according ly to your tier. and my tier level earns 1.25 points


I raised the issue of my points during the time they had technical issues has not been added several time with Pitboss and even my VIP account manager and nothing is being done?


They added 200 points and are constantly telling me that they have added the points accordingly which is not true if we the advertising about johnnie jewel points on there website.


In only 1 day I have calculated more $50,000 in game play

So if $1000 game play would earn me 62.50 points x 50000 I believe it makes allot more then 200 points.


this has now been ongoing for some days refusing to add me the correct amount of points according to the amount of depositor game playi have made at the casino
