Let's me deposit, then COMPLETELY FREZZES the site on me. Tried different browsers on multiple devices & still NOTHING. Can't even sign in to talk to someone. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!

Please could you advise if you’re receiving an error message when trying to access your account? Please post here a screenshot.

Also, have you tried clearing the cookies?
