The player from Australia is having difficulties accessing her casino account. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
Let's me deposit, then COMPLETELY FREZZES the site on me. Tried different browsers on multiple devices & still NOTHING. Can't even sign in to talk to someone. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!

I have tried to access the casino website with Australian VPN (Virtual Private Network) and didn’t experience the same difficulties. Please could you advise if you’re receiving an error message when trying to access your account? Please post here a screenshot.
Also, have you tried clearing the cookies?
