Even though status of all withdrawals is successful, since August she has only received a part of her winnings. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

I won 8,500 and then 7,400 on Johnnie Kash Kings - and have the screen shot to prove it as the status was success / i got the first payment winning from the day previous which was 2200 and this was back 23/08 and have been since locked out of account. I just want my funds ASAP
