The player from India is facing an issue with Khelraja Casino, which accused him of fraudulent gameplay and refused to refund his money after he provided original documents for verification. After contacting casino and their affiliates we still weren't able to get a response. The casino has requested to reopen the complaint and provided us with evidence from the game provider about player's involvement in opposite betting which resulted in rejecting of the complaint.

I verified my account by my own original documents but on 4th July i got e mail from khelraja casino and informed me that I have played froud type game play but sir I could not play any froud types game play and after that I contacted with khelraja coustomer and requested them again and again to refund my money. They informed me "the investigation is done and the decision is final and cannot be reverse". Now I am helpless . I have a great loan to my bank account for my father's treatment, please help me as I protect my family. Please help me.

I have tried to contact the casino but they do not wish to discuss the complaint with us. I’m afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint, and you will be notified by email. Hi All,

With reference to player Pranoykoley182 concerns, after investigating at our end we got to know that he did fraud on the website (Fraud Type:- Opposite betting with different networks). We received a report from the provider that he is involved in opposite betting with other users from different networks.

We inform his activity and let him play freshly with his deposited amount.

I want to tell that I Diposited my own money to my account and how I will play game , it's totally my own decision and in every types of game play have a risk to win or loss that is known to all. It is not possible to play game without any risk so it is totally a worng statement that a game play types can be froud.

In the last time I want to remind one thing to khelraja casino that their allegation is totally wrong so if I do not refund my winning balance then I will take a legal step against khelraja casino.

Dear pranoykoley182, as the statement above about your involvement in opposite betting is from the game provider, we believe that it is a valid concern from the casino. I think it was more than generous from the casino to refund your deposits and I was informed that you already played through your funds as well. Due to the aforementioned reasons, this complaint will now be rejected. Thank you for your understanding.
