The player from the UK has deposited funds into her account using a credit card that belongs to someone else. We ended up rejecting the complaint because it was not justified.
These assholes are charlatan fraudsters...i know they had a proviso not allowingb3rd party cars..its my wife's card they spent 5 months of my time saying...here fill this 3rs party form in and we'll honor withdrawal...never happened...suing them at UK courts

"5.1.3. You are the rightful owner of the money in Your Account;
12.1.3. Undertaking fraudulent activities to your advantage, including the use of a stolen, cloned or otherwise unauthorized credit or debit card, as a source of funds;"
Please understand that this rule has been breached. Some exceptions might be allowed by casinos when depositing funds with joint card, but it seems this was not the case. I’m very sorry but we can’t help you with this query. I was not asking you to provide the back of your card, I was summarizing all the information you provided, so I can make sure I understand everything correctly. In one of your screenshots (email from the casino) the casino asked for the copy of the payment method and written consent.

However I can confirm that the reason the winnings were removed was due to using a bank card in someone elses name. We are not able to take these funds due to AML regulations and so have returned the deposit back to that card in full.

I received evidence from the casino suggesting the deposit was refunded on the 17th of March 2020. Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do to help you. I recommend you to avoid depositing money in casinos using a bank card in someone else's name in the future because it mostly causes trouble.
