The player from UK is dissatisfied with the withdrawal process. We rejected the complaint because the player stopped responding to our messages and questions.
Signed up deposited real money , company matched it - I won 11000 initially but then had to wager a certain amount of this to " complete bonus" - I then requested a withdrawal, I submitted all my docs when I joined so that I didn't get asked this after the withdrawal request .
I was told it would take up to 48 hours to process it , since then its been excuse after excuse and very vague explanations from the on line chat operatives. Its now been 96 hours !!! I'm low being told my withdrawal application is being reviewed by the company's " responsible gambling " team - yet I can still deposit which goes through instantly. Please help speed this withdrawal up as they seem to be stalling - if its the amount being so large I will take it in 2 payments - I just want what I won fair and square

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. OK Kristina, thanks for the heads up - its just I've read reviews on trust pilot and the company seem to be serial offenders for delaying or denying withdrawals.
