I registered on this site because on the front page they had clearly stated "No KYC for crypto players". I'm not comfortable to share my details of my identity and passport to the betting sites. I have 8 mbtc on my account. I placed just 5 mbtc as a withdraw request but got an email asking me to pass the KYC procedure. I declined to do so because no KYC was the reason I deposited. They told me that they ask for KYC when they suspect suspicious activity. I dared them to tell me what I've done wrong expect to winning some roughly 150 euros.

I really think they do not like winners and they will do everything to keep my money. I'm good not betting there anymore, but I want my money without the KYC procedure which they proudly states on their front page

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
