I've been playing here since the casino existed. my recordings were always less than 2 hours. since I got a new manager my recordings last longer than 24 hours. i am a regular player and vip level, and while the email says within 24 hours you will be paid. i still don't have it. I no longer believe in it, the higher the amount the longer you have to wait and easier it is to roll back your withdrawal. Frank my vip says I'm going to ask security to speed up. none of that is true either. too bad monica is gone because she was just great!. i just want my money.
