Goodmorning, I am waiting for a withdrawal. I made my deposits with Volt and made a Jeton wallet for the transaction. (after depositing from here as well).
now they tell me that they are waiting for the deposit to actually arrive at there account before withdrawal.
anyone familiar with this reason? Because hearing this reason for the withdrawal delay is the first time for me.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and is yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about? Did you ever deposit from the payment provider which you want to use a withdrawal method? Sometimes the withdrawal requires a deposit to verify the payment method.

Last Friday they asked for a transaction file with all the deposits, which I’ve send them.
Today, same text , waiting for the deposits from the bank … while earlier they said this will take 1-70 hrs. That has been long overdue.
Will send them a chat again tomorrow.

1 ) not informing people that playing with VOLT is not a withdrawal methode!
2) making an extra wallet ( Jeton) and deposit again for using it
3) telling the same lines "we have to wait for the bank to deposit" after 6 days of waiting. While the live chat lady told me it takes up 1-70hrs for the bank.
I do want to mention , that the staff of the live chat is very friendly and helpful except it looks like they haven’t got any influence on their financial dept. They claim my case ( it is a case now) is look at , at that dept.
day 6 no changes at all!

Unfortunately this is a standard procedure - requesting new documents to verify yourself - and usually takes up to 14 days so you are still within a very good time frame.
Please let us know in case the payment wouldn't be approved until the end of this week.

It is all okay and the withdrawal was made. Customer Service gave good updates on the Status. As you mentioned it takes longer but works good.
