A player from Norway had encountered an issue after depositing 1,327 LTC into their casino account, which was not reflected even after 24 hours. Despite having contacted the casino support three times, the player had been advised to wait as the transaction was under investigation. We had informed the player that the casino had limited control over such issues and suggested contacting the payment provider for further investigation. We also advised the player against depositing more funds until the issue was resolved. However, due to the lack of response from the player to our messages and questions, we were unable to investigate further and had to reject the complaint.

I made deposit of 1,327 ltc, but there is no money on my account after 24 hours. I contacted support three times - all they said is "we need to wait, we investigate transaction"

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.
