The casino is not paying out money. The processing has continually been delayed and was only processed after more than 48 hours following several inquiries.
Now they're claiming that the money has been paid out to my Mastercard but nothing arrived. This is not the first time I've experienced problems with this casino. Given that Justbit is part of Trueflip and I've also done some reading on Trustpilot, it's likely they're pulling the same scams. The "VIP Manager" keeps responding to inquiries with repeated Chat-GPT answers and is not at all helpful...

Da Justbit zu Trueflip gehört und ich mich bei Trustpilot auch schon belesen habe, ziehen sie wahrscheinlich die selben Betrügerein ab. If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
