  • Could you please clarify the dispute value (INR30000)? Is this the amount withheld in your casino account?
  • Did you accumulate your winnings with or without an active bonus?
  • When was the last time you accessed your casino account?

Dear Casino Guru,


Having regards to your ibid valuable response on my grievance dated 12th October 2024, I am entrusting my reply in phase manner as per your aforesaid three questions:

  1. No, when I am playing/using the casino games my balance was showing over the 39000 INR in Jungle Raja Casino account.
  2. I accumulated my winning amount without bonus, but during the active promotion.
  3. As far as, I remember about the last access on website, that was 01 October 2024. And same day I initiated withdrawal money request for 30,000 INR out of 39000 INR in JR a/c. which has neither deposited in my registered bank account until now nor informed me the reason to me.


Please take stringent and stark action on this irregularities from the side of Jungle Raja Casino Management.

It is regrettable to understand you couldn't resolve my complaints while I am persistently trying to log in jungle Raja Casino, contrarily neither are responding/showing customer service of the Jungle Raja Casino nor supporting staff replying my email. as well as jungle Raja Casino has not deposited/completed withdrawal money in my bank account till now. The website is still not working and jungle Raja management has stopped services as well as sign in process.

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I'm afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. The casino currently doesn't operate under a license due to changes in legislation in Curacao, therefore, there's no ADR or regulator to turn to.

I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint and you will be notified by email. 

I can only recommend you choose casinos by their reviews and ratings in the future to avoid situations like this. I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion.
