Yes, I deposited money using bitcoin and was lucky enough to get my account to $21,540.49. They asked me to send my photo ID and utility bill in for the cashout. I sent both and day later my account is closed, and funds gone. They didn't give me a reason and gave me the same answer saying I cannot hold an account with them, and the funds are gone. I have all the information showing who I am, how much money they took, and all the emails showing no support at all. Can you help me out with this rogue site?
