The player's account got blocked for playing from a restricted country. The complaint was resolved as the player received a refund of his deposits.
They let me create an account even though they dont accept UK players. UK was there as an option in the drop down list!
The account was created and there was no notification that UK players are not allowed.
This is decietful!!
Should have blocked me at signup!
They let me deposit, let me play, i won a small amount, tried to withdraw.
After this they say UK players not allowed!!
I have been decieved and they wont give me my deposit back!!

I created the account just over a week ago, did not claim any bonuses.
They have tricked me into thinking i was ok to play as a UK player. United kingdom was available on the drop down list as an available country.
I made the deposit, 115 dollars via bitcoin. It took a while to go through. At this point i logged in and enquired in the chat about the missing deposit. At no point here was i told that i am not allowed to play. They have waited for me to start playing, get a small win, then they have blocked my account and removed all the credit.
They then said if i provide ID, I can have my initial deposit back. I also provided my bitcoin address for the refund.
I then get a message saying I cant have a refund and the account is closed for good.
This is total fraud! they should have blocked the account before i started playing, they must have known what country i was in.
They promised me a refund if i provided ID and my bitcoin address. I asked for this in writing via email and they said the email is broken at this time.
Funny how as soon as i provide my id and bitcoin, I get an email almost instantly stating that i have had my funds confiscated.
If i am not allowed to play then this should be recognised at sign up. I even signed up because it was brought to my attention by a website that has a list of casinos for UK players.
They promised me a refund! i asked for this in writing and was told the emails are not working at present. I have been conned and decieved.
This is well out of order!
We exchanged messages before i started playing with any of the credit, therefore they must have known i was from a non permitted country.

The glitch has been fixed and the UK has been removed from the sign up page and no one should be able to sign up from the UK.
