The player from the US was accused of opening multiple accounts and had his account closed. We rejected the complaint because the player breached the casino's T&Cs.
Went to cashout and sent all the provided documents and then they closed my account saying I broke terms and conditions with multiple accounts. I've only had once account in my gambling career. damac33

Not only did they close my account when I verified my account with them, they have $22,540.69 funds of mine they are refusing to pay. I started to do investigation of my own and realize they are posting fraudulent information in their terms and conditions. They've mislead me as a patron and are misleading everyone that accept these terms and conditions and are using the good name of the Gaming of Curacao. They refuse to resolve my issue and won't admit wrong doing about using fraudulent information on their terms and conditions. How can they get away with this? Who can we contact to get this rogue site shutdown or make them pay me my funds they owe me? Someone needs to hold these guys responsible for their actions.

Dear Sir,
We do not license or have anything to do with the above mentioned website. Any site that is licensed out of Curacao will be from 4 different Master License holders. The site will display the seal of the Master License holder that they are operating under which will have a link to their site. We checked the above URL to find that they do not have a seal or mention their license number in their Terms and Conditions. Which is a requirement of the license. We assume the this may be a rogue site that is not properly licensed.

I deposited like $320 into the account and I had about $22,540.89 when I attempted to cashout. I sent proper documentation to cashout and they closed my account then.

"Richard" opened an account that is linked to accounts that have done chargebacks. He has also been contacting us using mismatch account information that puts these accounts together.
He managed to beat the system, using another person, to create an account.

This is a blatant lie. They have tried to use this excuse not to pay me my money. I have never had another account with any website ever besides juicystakes.eu. I have shown proof and everything of who I am and where I live and they are still using this link accounts thing. I deposited using bitcoin and was trying to cashout using bitcoin.

First of all, you breached the casino's T&Cs by opening more than one account. I believe I've never seen T&Cs in any casino that would allow opening more than one account.
