I deposited 2k in total to the casino losing most my money. on my last deposit i put 500 in and received a 50 percent deposit amount in free bonus money. I started to win money on smaller bets. putting the bet up every time I was winning more. I had about 4k in the account when I was starting to play $50 hits getting a couple of features paying very good money. had almost 11k in the account. I went to then pull the money out to see that my money was stored in bonus money. I then found out if you played over 20 per hit then you get hit with a wager penalty of 10 times the win and the press doesnt count as a wager. in my account it told me I needed to wager 130k before my money could be accessed. this to me is stealing. I turned over more then enough money to be able to access what I had won. This site should be taken down.

Dear Brad,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Please understand, that every bonus comes with some conditions and wagering requirements are one of them. I checked the casino’s Bonus T&Cs and I found this:

„2.12. The maximum bet that can be placed is €/$20 until the play-through requirements have been met. This includes the gamble feature after the game round has been completed. The excess win derived from a bet above the maximum bet allowed with bonus funds, of €/$20, will be subject to a wagering penalty of 10x which will be added to the wagering requirements of the original bonus."

We would like to see casinos implementing systems that would prevent players from placing higher than allowed bets, but, unfortunately, this is not a standard practice yet. You were not stopped or blocked when you decided to increase your bet, and, as a result, you were penalized with higher wagering requirements. In some casinos, you will find maximum allowed bet for bonus play as low as $5 and if you breach promotional terms and conditions your winnings are confiscated.

Sadly, there is not much I can do to support your case at this time. I would strongly recommend reading all the T&Cs carefully before you start playing to avoid any misunderstandings in the future. Casinos try to design their bonuses to be as attractive as possible, but the rules must always be followed. Please do not hesitate to contact me if there is anything else, I could do for you in this matter, otherwise, I will be forced to reject your complaint.

Thank you for your understanding.

Best regards,

Kristina

It is practically stealing in a legal way. It's the hardest thing I have ever had to do. Play down 10k that u have won knowing its all going to be lost. Literally felt like jumping off a bridge seeing all that go because I increased my bet because I was winning. The max bet should be 20 until the wagering bonus is over. file
