The player from Philippines submitted a withdrawal request less than two weeks prior to contacting us. Winnings haven’t been obtained up to this day. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I pass my withdrawal from jiliko and they succeed in their apps but the
problem is I don't received the money... they send me a successful transaction receipt and after a long wait for the bank to reply they said
that the transaction was not successful that means that the fund was already return to the sender.. but I do claim it to jiliko customer support they always said that they have not received refund from the bank without showing me the proof they always say every day...but the fact is i called the and the bank said to me that the fund is already adjusted to the account of the sender which is jiliko i have my proof of conversation from the bank and also written email resolution for the transaction....., jiliko never claims that and waiting for returns which is already return accouding to bank...
