I won £850 pounds gave all the relevant documents they would only let me have a hundred even though I’d wagered all the bonuses money and paid a fee. It’s discussing there like thieves. Very poor quality casino don’t bother.

Hello Kristina, I’d spent over a hundred I put a deposit bonus code in and I didn’t receive my bonus I should have got for depositing. I told the lady Ellie in live chat she said she would just add me the 20 pounds bonus. I won 878 euro this was after I’d met all wagering requirements and I had to pay the twenty pounds bonus back. So I withdrew 850 pounds it was a week later after constantly asking why hasn’t my withdrawal been processed they said I can only have a 100 to withdraw and taken all the rest off me. I think it’s discussing. I am still waiting on a 100 pounds as that still hasn’t been prossesed. It’s just so upsetting as I was exited at winning this amount and it’s left me feeling depressed.

"Non Deposit Bonus

€100 can be cashed out (€50 in winnings plus €50 deposited). Any amount over the maximum cashout will be automatically removed upon cashout."
I am afraid that if you played with a free chip bonus (no deposit bonus), there is not much more we could do about the fact that your winnings were reduced. The casino is allowed to cap your bonus winnings, and as long as it is stated in the bonus conditions, our hands are tied.
Therefore, I would suggest that we focus on your pending withdrawal. Could you please clarify when exactly you requested it?
