Jazz took thousands away from me. I attempted to cash out 631 usd they refuse to allow me to withdraw. I contacted dispute department and the replied only to contradict themselves; saying they randomly verify player to they verify all players. Jazz casino did not allow me to create an anonymous account also, why did the take alot of monies from me? Please intervene. Thank you

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and is yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Nick, as per red email you select who you want to verify. No bonus apart of thousands of dollars invested before you asked for my ID. I prefer to keep my account anonymous and that option was not available. My problem is if you had no intentions of paying out why did you take my money via bitcoin?
