I loved this casino and all the casinos under this company of casinos. I took a hiatus because of unfair practices like taking bonuses and promotions away from me with no explanation. I rarely take bonuses to begin with but once in a while is nice. I dislike that support dodges questions by answering with a generic response with no real answer to what you have actually asked. They falsely advertise instant withdrawals. They restrict players from large wagers and bonuses if you’ve made quite a few withdrawals. Support disconnects you from chat when you’ve got questions pertaining to the reasons you’re restricted, and to the reasons they’ve taken away bonuses. I’ve deposited to this casino more than I can count. I did take a hiatus I thought I’d give them another try because their withdrawals are advertised as instant. Made a withdrawal tonight and they said that’s not an option. Than why are you advertising it as such? I think that’s called false advertising and not legal or up to standards for licensed casinos. It’s wrong and misleading. They cap higher RTP games at 1.50$ to 2.00$ for me but not my gf who is sitting right next to me. I’m not offered any daily promotions or bonuses.

My usual provincial online casino was down for maintenance for some hours so I decided to try this one out.. big mistake. I put in $25 via e-transfer, did the usual up and down and ended up losing. So for me to get my $30 back I have to either deal with the nightmare of casino customer service, or somehow win and gamble $2100 before I’m able to cash out anything.
