I had purchased a visa gift card which I have used before for 25$ and made a deposit. It failed, I tried again. it failed. Again and it failed. So I try on other sites and it fails. So look up the card on Visa site and it's activated and showing the deposits at jackpot are pending which is locking it up from being used anywhere else. So I contact a live agent and I responded less than 2 seconds. It was probably 2 minutes after that I get another response. I explain what is going on and again minutes before response. Then asks me if it's correct I want to close my account. I requested to cancel those transactions so I can use it elsewhere. After 15-20 minutes of his stalling me games I told him they are thieves and left the chat. Never had this issue before with them. Brutal experience. Don't deserve your money

7 days ago I submitted 2 withdrawals. The first was a $3000 , the second was a$10,000. I have verified account previously and prior to these submissions made a number of significant withdrawals.. They both went into pending stage,then after a few days returned to casino account as "processing "A few emails of enquire are yet to be answered. It seems there is no other facility to contact them directly . All I require is some information to explain the process , if there are any issues that need rectifying on my part, and an explanation as to how this substantial withdrawal couldn't be processed like the prior withdrawals? Made couple deposits over the past 2 weeks, hardly any win, but they let u play, on average, all the wins i got never exceeded the amount i deposited, so, if u deposit the minimums 10eur, u will get max 20-30 if ur lucky, but to withdraw u need 50 eur, so it's a dead end if u play on the low.

My usual provincial online casino was down for maintenance for some hours so I decided to try this one out.. big mistake. I put in $25 via e-transfer, did the usual up and down and ended up losing. Went back to my usual and still under maintenance, so I put in another $30 via e-transfer. It didn’t seem to go through but said it could take 15 minutes, so I waited. About an hour later I decided it must not have gone through, so I did it again and my $30 showed up immediately. It says if your transfer doesn’t get accepted it’ll be declined and refunded so I wasn’t worried. I played with my $30 and lost again, no big deal, decided to go to bed. Now this morning I went to see if I got my failed e-transfer back, and I had received an email from the casino with a simple link to cancel the transfer if I didn’t want it to go through, so I clicked it and it came up with a "transaction cancelled". Cool. So I checked the bank a few hours later and they had not refunded my money. They had attached their version of a "bonus" to it so they matched my deposit. Now because of this, I can’t withdraw my funds, because they have a 70x wagering requirement. So for me to get my $30 back I have to either deal with the nightmare of casino customer service, or somehow win and gamble $2100 before I’m able to cash out anything. It wasn’t even wager $70 before you can take $1, it’s just a straight you must now wager $2100 (or 70x your deposit) until you can withdraw anything. Now annoyed and completely uninterested, I find no option anywhere to have my account terminated. I found an email that says just send an email to this address and list a reason for termination… they responded with an automated message that said this mailbox is not monitored, here’s the link for gamblers anonymous. Remarkably displeased.
