The player from the US claims her winnings have been reduced. The player later confirmed that the withdrawal was processed successfully, therefore we marked this complaint as resolved.
So I put $20 won $350 tried to cash out bitcoin couldn’t cus I hadn’t loaded money on jackpot wheel with bitcoin. So in the chat he said I was only getting $100 cus I won off a bonus, which I didn’t. He also said the only other choices to cash out was check or wire. So I gave them my wire info and now nobody will answer me back so I guess I went from $350 to $0! I submitted proof I paid and proof I won right after that.
