Tried the casino Jackburst all their rules seemed fair and even the withdraws of 4000 euro at a time. I did not take any bonus money and had no problem with deposits. Then i won 4000 euro and tried to withdraw them but i couldn´´'t make a withdraw. Contacted support that said they want a KYC from me, well no problem at all, but they also said the use this company Hooyu to verify their players and in the mail it says the sent me a link BUT there was no link? So i contacted the support again asking for the link and I also contacted hooyu (still waiting for an answer from them), the support can not give me a timeframe on when they will send the link. So that means no link and i can´'t verify myself and not withdraw my money? Best of all you only have 14 days of verifying yourself and if not the money goes back to the casino? Can you please help me with this and i will never play Curacao casino ever again can'´t see why they allow casinos that scam players? We will see if I ever get my money from Jackburst ???

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
