The player's deposit was not credited into his casino account. The complaint was resolved as the player's deposit got credited.
This is one of the worse casinos I deposited using Skrill and they accepted my payment and they are refusing to credit it to my account or to give me a refund and no where on the casino did it show that I cant use Skrill not even in the deposit terms and conditions.
Their customer support is poor and their management is poor they send me emails that I have to wait and are not willing to do anything about it
The funny thing is I played on their other website and this never happened I hope I dont have to send a complaint to the MGA about this

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.
If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.
