Hello! Recently I deposited $100 to highway casino. I ended up winning $10,000! Awesome! Until time to cash out… I’ve submitted withdrawal requests and the finance department cancels it and processes it for a different amount. The initial withdrawal was for $2,500, they canceled and processed for $500. Then withdrew $2,000 and they canceled and processed for $300. Assuming the next one will be $100. I just want my winnings so I can move on from this casino.

  • My account has been verified since November 17th.
  • My winnings were accumulated with real money, I try to avoid the bonuses because of the playthrough rule.
  • I’ve spoken to multiple support agents on the site that claim it’s not their department.

Would it be possible for you to forward your withdrawal history from the casino?

According to the casino's rules, the maximum withdrawable amount per week is $2500, so it seems they may have divided the payments accordingly. If you have already received at least $2500 from the weekly withdrawals, I would recommend waiting for the remaining payments to be processed.
