DO I ALREADY HAVE A COMPLAINT WITH YOU ON HALLMARK CASINO?


THEY KEEP CHANGING AND ASKING FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION. FOR EXAMPLE:


Withdrawal Team,


Send me a copy of your (supposed) "kyc parameters", "kyc rules", or whatever. Include the date when the "kyc rules" were adopted. If the "kyc parameters/rules/requirements" clearly show what documents are required for a withdrawal, I will gladly provide them.


Why do you keep changing my requirements to get my money? Last time, you said I needed a copy of an official document showing my name and address. You have been provided that. Now, you say that won't work.


I must ask again ... are the requirements to become a "Withdrawal Team" member that you lie, cheat, and steal? Do you, the Withdrawal Team members, think you can continue doing what you're doing without consequences?  Do you get a "cut" on the withdrawals never paid? When Jesus Christ walked the earth, "tax collectors" were the "scum of society". "The scum" because they lied, cheated, and stole on a regular basis. Jesus can, and did, save "tax collectors". The Bible records the salvation of Zacchaeus a "chief tax collector". (Luke 19:8) Zacchaeus stood up and said to the Lord, "Look, Lord! Here and now I give half of my possessions to the poor, and if I have cheated anybody out of anything, I will pay back four times the amount." (Luke 19:9) Jesus said to him, "Today salvation has come to this house, ...".

I can only imagine how frustrating it might be for you, but please understand, that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. Each casino is unique and proceeds the verification process differently.

Could you please indicate, which documents exactly you have already provided? Have all of them been approved (excpet the signed letter)?

Additionally, please forward any relevant communication between you and the casino to kristina.s@casino.guru.

I will do my best to fulfill the "kyc rules" enacted at Hallmark Casino. Hallmark Casino has NEVER provided me with a copy of their adopted "kyc rules". I've requested a copy of their "kyc rules" at least six (6) times. Does Hallmark Casino have legitimate reasons for the documentation they require? I have no idea. They have not given me a copy of their adopted "kyc rules", nor the reasoning behind each adopted "kyc rule". I was a licensed CPA and a tax auditor for over ten (10) years. It is incredibly presumptuous and arrogant for Hallmark's Withdrawal Team to believe I should "accept" what they say as the "Word of God". They have been provided substantial supporting documentation concerning my address, etc. Hallmark Casino's (supposedly) additional required documents, for a $200 withdrawal, far exceed any requirements from other online casino's I play at. At my other online casino's, I have withdrawn amounts from $500 to over $6,300. The Hallmark Casino Withdrawal Team Member's are just being "total jerks"!


As stated in correspondence to Hallmark Casino, their requirement that I provide "relationship information between me and my mom" is just plain stupid. That information is personal, private, and could jeopardize security procedures adopted by my bank and other entities.

I find Casino Guru's Case Summary, "The player from the US is struggling to withdraw his winnings due to an incomplete KYC." presumptuous and incredibly slanted towards the casino. How do you know that the information I've provided them is "incomplete"? Have you seen a copy of their adopted "kyc rules"? I certainly have not! At one point, they asked me for a copy of an official letter showing my name and address. They refused to accept a date stamped envelope showing my name and address. I provided them the requested letter. I was advised, the letter would be all they needed. Of course, I had to redact the information on the letter. The information was personal, private, and confidential. My name and address was clearly displayed.


Hallmark Casino's Withdrawal Team refused to accept the letter I emailed them. They had stated an official letter showing my name and address was all that was needed. I provided them, exactly what they required! After I sent them the letter, the replied with additional requirements to prove my address. In all, three (3) new requirements. So you can see, I DO NOT TRUST HALLMARK CASINO'S WITHDRAWAL TEAM!!!

Pmoore8671, thank you very much for your emails. Unfortunately, the casino has to have proof that you are living at this address. The utility bill would confirm this, however, all of them are sent to your mother's name, so the casino just wants to make sure that you live with her.

In one message they decided to make an exception if you use Bitcoin to withdraw your winnings, so I see that the casino is trying to find the solution, and they don't want to keep your winnings.


I would recommend you choosing one of those options - either providing the required documents or creating a Bitcoin account and withdraw your winnings this way.

Kristina, what has happened? Did I hurt your over-inflated ego? So, you decided to be a vindictive capital-B? You have lost all of your objectivity. Everything you've written is from the "casino's point of view". You write as if you're a "Hallmark Casino Lawyer". You state, " Unfortunately, the casino has to have proof that you are living at this address." Are you working for the casino? Why are you making demands as if you work there? I understand that casinos need proof of address. I have provided proof of address to Hallmark Casino. In the same paragraph you state, "... the casino just wants to make sure that you live with her." Which is it? Proof of Address - or - Proof that I live with my mom? Why in the heck does Hallmark Casino need to know who I live with? Come on genius, you're the one who works there, what's the logic behind that request?

Do you actually believe, requiring a player to accept Bitcoins is fair? In Casino Guru's objectives, it states, "We believe online gambling should be fair. While this also requires players to act fairly and without malicious intent, it is mostly the casino's responsibility to make sure gambling remains fair and safe for players." You do NOT follow the goals of Casino Guru. Additionally, you have NOT done any analysis on the issues.


You state, "so I see that the casino is trying to find the solution". How would you know that their trying to find the solution? Is it because the casino offered to pay me in Bitcoins? That's the solution? Is there only "the solution"? How about "a solution". Being an excellent designer, there are always numerous solutions.


You state, "... they don't want to keep your winnings". Do you think before making a stupid statement? That statement comes from a total ignorance of the situation. Casinos do NOT want to give people money! If they "give" too much, the casino will go insolvent. All businesses need to make money! I have told you before, "actions speak louder than words". After my previous message, I think I should try to make you feel better.


I am NOT worth a "damn" as an analyst ("what" and "why"). As an analyst, I'm a "nightmare". As a designer ("how"), I'm one of the best. God has given me certain abilities, which are paramount for an excellent designer. First, I am "creative", not "analytical". In college, my best friend (Dale) took a class that dealt with nonverbal communication. One of their many experiments, was to determine if the tested individual is "analytical" or "creative". What they did was ask the person being tested three questions, each one progressively harder. Hopefully, the tested person would miss a question. The tester would watch which way the tested person's eyes rolled on the first missed question. One way indicated "analytical". The other way indicated "creative". All of Dale's classmates, and Dale, were "analytical". They also tested friends and other acquaintances. All were "analytical". Dale tested me. I was the only person they found as "creative". "Creative" individuals are genius' in "design" (the "how"). However, "creative" people are a "wreck looking for a place to happen" attempting to do analytical work (the "what" and "why"). As an example, our new development team, which included me, were working out the "what's" and "how's" of a new computer system we were building. I asked a question for our five (5) user representatives. They were speechless. All of the users had the "deer in the headlights" look. Jody or Marlene, our two analysts, asked me, "can I try?" I said, "please do." She reworded the question. All five (5) of the users responded with the answer immediately. Then, all five (5) users looked at me and said, "is that what you needed?" I replied, "perfect"! To brag on Jody and Marlene, that's an incredible ability to do what they do. After that, I rarely (if ever) speak during the "analysis" phase. Yes, I'm a nightmare when it comes to "analysis". However, when it comes to "design", God has gifted me and I sound like a genius!

We judge each case individually and we always do our best to help players, when it is clear, that they are mistreated by the casino. This doesn't seem to be the case here, therefore we've advised you to cooperate with the casino. Hello Pmoore8671, 


I understand your frustration about this situation. Kristina was trying to advise the fastest way how to solve the issue, but I see that you simply can't (or not willing to) provide some of the documents and bitcoin payment is not an option either.


Please note that not every casino may require the same documents. While in principle for KYC they need to prove the same (identity and residency) some casinos which focus on the US players may accept much fewer documents from players simply because they are very familiar with them and can easily verify them. On the other hand, some casinos with not so much experience from the US market may require more documents simply because they don't know so well all the documents and what is common in a certain country and also verification of them may be a problem. (and I truly don't know if this is it in your case)


Because the casino offers you an alternative to your withdrawal a withdrawal to a bitcoin wallet, I don't have a feeling that they are trying to avoid payment or want to scam you somehow. Probably the payment itself may be a problem too.


From all what you wrote, I would like to make a deal with you. Please, as a professional, from now on, be constructive, no more insults or personal feelings. Let's focus on what's essential to solve the case.

Below is an email I sent to Hallmark Casino on 11/21/2020 asking for details why my withdrawal was rejected. The did NOT respond. I didn't even swear. I have sent them multiple offers on what I can give them. They did NOT respond. I'm not sure what to do to get them moving.

We would like to ask the Hallmark Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 10 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.


Paul, please be patient. During Christmas, the communication is slower than usual.

I understand that you do not trust the bitcoin, but you can make a Bitcoin wallet, withdraw winnings in Bitcoins and sell them immediately. But let's keep this as a last resort option, and hopefully, the casino will process the bank transfer as you requested.

Guess what? I believe I've actually setup a Bitcoin Account. I am willing to give it a try. I'll just withdraw my $200 into my new Bitcoin Account, i.e., if that offer still stands.

I sent an email to Hallmark Casino yesterday. I expressed my desire to use Bitcoin for my $200 withdrawal. As you know, they said if I use Bitcoin, I could cash the $200 out immediately.


As of 12/29/2020 4:28PM, I have not heard back from Hallmark Casino. Hopefully, they will contact me in the near future.
