Hi, I made a deposit to Greenspin in the form of some BTC worth about $46 AUD, and wanted the deposit bonus SECONDGREEN to be applied. However, when the deposit came through, the bonus was not applied and so i contacted customer support, after many attempts using their "support" form, with no reply, I decided to place a withdraw on my funds that I deposited to get my money back. The withdraw was then processed as "rejected" and I received no emails about why or what I needed to do to resolve the matter. I still have not played any games and my deposit remains untouched. Please help me get my money back as I don't believe Greenspin will pay any winnings even if I did continue on their platform.

Hi I've submitted all required KYC documents in my profile section. However they never seem to get looked at, I try to contact them via their support page form. But i still haven't received any emails from them explaining anything
