The player struggles to withdraw his money as his payment provider is not working. The complaint was closed as the player stopped responding.
The problem is that Mifinity dont verfiy my account for 5 Days and dont answer any of my mails. So i was wondering then i saw that many people have the same problem with Mifinity ok? There are many people with the same issue.
I asked the casino if they could withdrawl to my normal bank account with all Informations needet but they cant.... i dont know what i can do Mifinity is everywhere rated with a 1.5 of 5 i didnt know that they are so bad if i know i would take another Despoit Method.... its really crazy i play for 6 Years never had that problems please can you help me somehow.... i have a feeling i will never see my money ..... my Casino acc is verfiyed only the Mifinity is the problem...

Could you please advise since when is your account verified? How is it possible that there is no other payment method you could use? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?
Please note that all payment provider related issues are not related to the casino so it's something that have to handle the player with the provider directly as we deal only with casino complaint.
