Golden Reels Casino - Player's struggling to withdraw his winnings.

Now there's not much I can do about it now that I've got them to delete my account but I want this to be out there for others to see they seem dodgy as.

I was given a free $15 bet that had to be wagered 15x. I put all the 15 on one bet won 60 meanwhile ive used bonuses for slots and was able to get the 60. Now I've gone and put three $20 sports bets on and cashed two of them out early and had a cash out value of roughly 350 waited untill today and still no money only to be told that my winnings had been cancelled because of a bonus. Even tho I still got the win from the first bet and was using bonuses. The bonuses were for slots. They said first that my winnings were cancelled because of the bonuses but then they said that bonus couldn't affect it didn't not get a straight answer and seems like they trying not to pay the 350. Why give a bonus straight away after a bonus is activated if it cancels the other one

No site competes with the old sites royal Vegas etc.

I didnt even try to withdrawl the $350 I tried to do the cashout early option on two bets. All I wanted was what I cashed out early so I could play/wager it more like what I did on the first bet.

the period off all this happening has been a couple days with multiple problems and I don't have the best memory so I couldn't tell you exactly how many bonuses I used but I used bonuses for slots after I won the first free bet which I had no problem with using that again and it's basically the same just a higher amount now.

The casino didn't add them.

I did have a rebate bonus of $5 which I activated after winning the 60 and I still received the 60 and it still let me use the 60 for bets to why I did three $20 bets but I did have a problem after that with using the 5 rebate which I got sorted out on chat and they did not say that it would cancel my winnings on sports betting.

I think I've only used one other bonus for 35 free spins for 40 deposit

Just want to get something out there for others to get an opinion of the site because I couldn't find anyone elses review on it.
