Hi back in end of may I had a good win after depositing regularly to this casino,I played for hours and played through the requirements and then cashed out and wasn’t paid Becouse I played a game after I had won?? At the time I emailed saying how unfair it was I have the emails from them also it just didn’t feel fair I feel cheated and they took all the winnings and left me with the $50 I started with I really feel cheated and it’s caused me allot of stress please look into this as I feel it’s an unfair loophole they use

Do I understand it corretly that you've been playing with bonus money in the casino? Did you finish the wagering requiremets of the bonus? Are you aware that you haven't breach any of the bonus terms - like max bet, restricted games? What explanation did the casino give you?

Thank you I don’t feel it’s fair what they did and feel if they arnt willing to pay wins they should consider refunding deposits that were made as it feels like I’ve been ripped off

That’s terrible I feel so cheated by this casino,if it’s unlicensed they shouldn’t have ever exepted my deposits I hope they will pay up but it looks doubtful

I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we can not continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.

I am very sorry I couldn't help more, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the Casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review.

I hope you won't come across a problem like this again.
