I told Mark I was a "small time" player and didn't want any bonus and asked what was the minimum Bitcoin withdraw and he told me there was no minimum. I made a deposit of $100 Bitcoin and played for a couple of hours. I liked the software and games and I checked the banking info. I read there was a $100 minimum with Bitcoin so I requested $100.07 on 3-23-2023, and started the process to get verified. I was offered a "no rules" 200% and was told it would have no effect on my withdrawal so I deposited $100 worth of Bitcoin 3-24-2023 with the bonus and it had a 1X playthrough. I completed the playthrough and I had a balance of $300.72 when I requested a withdrawal of $100.72, I left the bonus. I have not made any more deposits or played any games since I made my last request.

I finally heard back from the casino and they are denying my withdrawal because I did follow the T&C of the bonus. Well it was almost 2 months ago, but they gave me a 200% bonus with a low playthrough. I made a deposit of $100 with a $200 bonus, well I completed the playthrough and had a little over $300 in my account, so I asked for a $100 withdrawal and left the $200. I followed the T&C and I have not made any more deposits or played any games since requesting my payout and the $200 is still sitting in my account. This casino is a sham and I will never deposit any more money.

They just told me my "bonus" amount is $300. They are the only casino I know of that counts the deposit as part of the bonus and it took this long to explain this, I made my request 3-24-23.

I guess not, I am reversing the withdrawal and since the minimum withdrawal is $100 I have to get $400 in my account before I can make a withdrawal.

The daily withdrawal limit is $500, this casino is not worth any deposit and I would recommend everyone to stay away.

I was told I could reverse the withdrawal and play for money. I got my account over $400 and tried to make a withdrawal and was told since I had not made a deposit for over 30 days any money in my account became "free money", so no payout. This casino is a total rip off.

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I'm afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. Since the casino operates without a valid license and doesn't refer to any ADR service, there is no gaming authority to turn to. 


I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach.
