I have had many issues with withdrawals from this site and it’s sister sites and have only been able to cash out a few times at first their wagering was ridiculous than I had to find joker master card that is a one time deposit card to withdrawal my winnings that I only could end up withdrawing 250 instead of my initial 600 because of some unreasonable exscuse from their site and now I am being completely ignored by their live chat and support by email and I have done everything legally on my end their negligence and breach of contract is getting to the point of their site being closed and I know that I’m not that only customer who they have treated so poorly please help me get them to at least respond to me and explain as to why I never get my withdrawals

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
