I have made multiple deposits to this casino. One in the amount of $250 and another for $100 have been deducted from my bank account but was never credited to me. I am having issues receiving a refund for these funds.

I have repeatedly emailed support and tried to get this resolved but they keep giving me the same run around answer that the financial team

will be reviewing the transaction. I have followed up with bna, premier pay and the both have confirmed the funds were accepted by the casino and removed from my account. I’m unable to get an email response about the refunds even though I’ve submitted bank statements for reference.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

I have contacted the payment provider and they confirmed the casino has received the funds also have email proof of funds being received by galacticwins

This site is playing so many games. Now they keep refusing my documents for verification saying they haven’t received them when I sent them multiple times. Also delaying my withdrawal process. So they’re withholding my winnings and deposit. Please advise further action. Thank you

Could you please advise since when exactly is the verification process ongoing? Which documents have been already approved and which ones not? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

its been longer than there time frame I promise you that. Also they have a difficult time returning emails as I haven’t received a single response to any of mine. Last but not least I’m still missing the $100 deposit I made a week ago. The withdrawal I currently have is 5 days in and still has not been processed either.
