We had advised her that withdrawal processing could take up to two weeks and might be delayed due to factors like KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests. We extended the complaint resolution timer by 7 days, but unfortunately, the player did not respond within the given timeframe. As a result, we were unable to investigate further and had to reject the complaint.
