I have uploaded all documents as requested, i have deposited R50 as requested to get my bonus withdrawal out, they sent an email to respond in the next 24hrs but still nothing. They are ignoring all my emails and not permitting my withdrawal.

Thank u so much for getting back to me. This my 1st time requesting a withdrawal from galaxyno casino. If im not mistaken i requested it Tuesday or Wednesday. I first put my partners account details to receive the withdrawal then i saw thats not allowed so i cancelled withdrawal and put all my details, i re requested the withdrawal. KYC they received all documents and said they will get back to me in the next 3 days. Because it was a wagered bonus completed they requested i deposit money upon receiving withdrawal.
