Deposited around 3000k with this casino. Thought my account was verified until I won and tried to claim their max withdrawal of 500€. They then said my driving licence was not an acceptable form of verification although on their list of suitable documents they stated it was. I explained I didn’t have a passport as I was disabled and couldn’t travel. They said I needed to order one? So upset they totally wouldn’t budge. Anyway I went back on the site gambled away all the winnings in disgust. The next day they emailed me to say after careful consideration they would now accept my driving licence. That was because they were aware I had no pending withdrawals . They wanted me to deposit more ! I said no way because if I win you will need a passport again ! They closed my account. They are based in Ukraine and the deposits I made all went to odd payments platforms. One was even a online computer gaming site in Ukraine. They are absolutely disgusting. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THIS CASINO

I understand that this situation would never happen if you could withdraw your winnings in the first place, however, we could try to help you only if you had some balance left.

You had absolutely no intention of ever paying me Kristina and you know it. I was almost in tears with flustration. You wanted me to purchase a passport that I would never use because of my disability costing almost £100 just to withdraw 500€. WHY ? And why the next day when you were aware i had spent the 500€ did I receive an email from someone saying you would now accept my driving licence ??? If I had been stupid enough to make another deposit I am positive the passport issue would appear again if I tried to withdraw any money. DO NOT try and make it appear that you would resolve the issue if I hadn’t spent the 500€ ! On your list of documents you state Passport or ID. So I sent my driving licence and it was VERIFIED My credit card was VERIFIED my proof of address again VERIFIED ! So guess what I thought my account was VERIFIED. Didn’t get a error message when I applied to withdraw again because it was VERIFIED. Then the messages started and my withdrawal was rejected because my account was now. NOT VERIFIED. I spent almost £3000 in the mistaken belief I had a verified account so could withdraw safely. But no. Absolutely terrible way to treat someone.

One thing I did find amusing. On their withdrawals screen it asks if you would like to leave a tip for you personal manager. I think the options were 50€ 75€ or 100€. Bearing in mind the maximum you can withdraw is 500€ 😀

You can however put in your own amount. I put 30€. Obviously wasn’t enough 😔

At one stage my balance was up to 1000€ I actually went to cash out then. Only to discover your maximum was 500€ (ridiculously small amount) You and a woman named Emily in support made it perfectly clear that I was never going to receive my winnings unless i purchased a passport. So my choices were A, Pay £100 for a passport I can never use just to withdraw 500€ ? Or B leave the money in my account so you can use it as a tip ? or C gamble away said amount so nobody gets it apart from your company. C was risky because I could have won more ! Please do not insult me by saying you would resolve the issue if i had left the money in my account. Spent nearly a whole day arguing with Fruity Chance and got nowhere ! As for ruining your reputation read your reviews you do not have a reputation to ruin. Oh I wish I had read them before I got involved in this nightmare

Every single casino I have ever played in accepts driving licence as form of ID. Every casino except the ones in your group. We do not have ID cards in the UK. So you are excluding an awful lot of people with this ridiculous stipulation? People who prefer to holiday in UK, Nervous travellers, Some Elderly people and people like me who are disabled !ive lost my money, I know there’s not a chance in hell you will back down ! You wouldn’t when I had the funds in my account so you are certainly not going to now. But if I prevent one other person from being fooled in the way I was I will have achieved my aim. YOUR ACCOUNT MAY NOT BE VERIFIED EVEN IF THEY STATE IT IS.

Anyway said my piece. Just angry I wasted all that money based on lies !
