Hi dear I login this online casino and I have put nearly £3000 pound and I have now 10000 pound is not let me take my withdraw, is all my acount been versification I have been send 6 video which is my ID card and name, I have talk with coustemer support team and just saying to as send other video, I can’t take my money back

I have try to withdraw always reject, I have any idea how I can get my money,
