They said my deposit is in download and that it can take up to 5 business days to be credited to the account. It's disappointing— as of 08/14/24 at 3:29 PM, still nothing.

They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.
If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

I've contacted them with no reply, the deposit was made on the 13th and so far it hasn't been paid into the game's account, I've probably lost the money.
It was the first deposit, I have proof of deposit. They replied to me on 13/08/24 saying they would receive it within 5 working days, today 16/08/24 nothing.
