They don't cheat me when it comes to money. They asked for verification on the second withdrawal, and support helped me get it done quickly. No more additional checks or other nonsense. This casino was my favorite for many months; I recommended it everywhere. Unfortunately, it has cynically declined. It turns out that the last three times I've logged in, the game freezes, slows down, kicks me out, and then gets stuck. And when I'm really "lucky" enough to get out, an orange message pops up telling me to contact support. The first irony is that I don't even know when the game started malfunctioning. Customer support now requires those precious minutes of distraction before I leave my money there; they have to keep a record of everything, a log, and even record every single bet—just more stress. The staff had the nerve to call me an "isolated case," of course, because I reported the disgusting glitch when I quit a game. On another occasion, they told me that if I didn't provide a recording, they wouldn't offer any assistance, and I also had to give them the game ID, time, amount, and exact loss. With that, they're just making a mockery of me. They have firsthand information; they've thoroughly mastered the policy of "wearing down the customer." In my last encounter with the support guy, I spent over an hour, and it ended like this: "If you don't have a recording, there's no assistance." I'm perfectly familiar with the game dynamics, I know the amount I can invest, when to withdraw, I know how to lose, and even more importantly, how to win. For this casino, all the problems are the customer's fault, not theirs. Even though that warning appears in orange, they claim it's not because they use cutting-edge technology. It's disappointing how low they've sunk. Although their licenses are international, they forget that they operate under the country's legislation, and this is the only way they'll correct their mistakes. This review, and any platform I post it on, is useless because it doesn't represent any authority; they simply don't care. The moral of the story, with all the evidence gathered, is to never go back to the casino because they have no idea what responsible gambling is, because they don't know how to lose, and worse. When they feel cornered by solid arguments and evidence, there is NO luck here, much less the perfection of the algorithm; it's simply the casino's fraudulent hand intervening. They themselves violate some points of their own terms and conditions, which they also don't know. And if this review is of any use to anyone, don't get angry and simply don't return. I'm sure there will be a generic response that starts with the word "boss" because they perfectly know what I'm talking about. The myth of the game's perfection doesn't exist; invent another narrative. That one is already overused. BV Games, thanks for showing the worst of who you really are, how you operate, and such unpleasant recent experiences that make me want to never return. And if you want proof of this, check my conversations with support and you'll see how little I can say. To the entire community: remember that there are much cruder ways to lose your money, but don't do it at this deplorable BC Games casino. Read more
