MyStake betting issue

I have signed up for MyStake deposit 100% bonus, with wagering requirements meaning bets have to have min. legs of 2 at min odds of 1.4. I signed up and placed 3 2fold legs, and two won and one lost. However, I am now unable to place 2 fold bets, and customer service is telling me the website algorithm is now only allowing me to place 5 fold bets. Is this allowed, as this is not written anywhere in the T&CS of the deposit bonus? What should i do?

Hi, it's hard to say, because this is mainly a casino games forum and this is related to sports betting. I don't even know what "2fold legs" mean so it's impossible to give you any clear advice.

Same happened to me! I feel it’s highly illegal, particularly as they also changed the counts for the wagering requirements! Any chance to get any help in this forum?

As a lady I sometimes bet on sports games, hopefully one can bet on games with higher tendencies of winning.

But at the moment one's winning came from sport, you guys don't intervene.

They do handle cases well, I believe they can implement that too and do very well on it.

I was told that the igaming betting world is so complex even when it comes to basic rules and conditions that would be quite complicated to set some standards we could apply when dealing with complaints, it is easier when it comes to casino games.

Seriously it is a bit complex, I only play football, basketball, tennis, cricket,and hockey,even these mentioned sports,I only play the basic rules I know. I don't play things I don't know.😁

Yesterday we had an e-call where the complaint team and other experts discuss players' complaints, someone scratched the surface of sports betting then there was a quick debate about how we're approaching sports betting now, but the result remained the same. It is still not within our reach.

I have much the same issue with them. They stopped me placing 2 leg bets after only 3 bets meaning I had to finish wagering using 5 leg bets.

When I got through that they did everything within their power to constantly reject my id documents. Somehow I eventually got through all that, and now they claim they have sent my money by iBAN some 10 or 11 days ago. Lets' just say I don't believe them. There really are so many rogue unregulated companies out there. I was a fool to use them in the 1st place
